Teaching Visual Basic .NET, the right way.

About Me

David Day

Hello world! My name is David Day, but I also go by the handle dday9 on various internet forums.

I have been programming since March of 2011 by teaching myself Visual Basic .NET as a hobby with the help of a group of people over at VBForums. Since then, I have taught myself C#, PHP, LUA, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular, NodeJS... the list keeps growing!

I wrote these lessons because when I taught myself how to code, it was difficult to find material that was not outdated.

This website is constantly evolving as I continue to grow myself. In the ever changing world of computer programming, it is important to stay ahead of the curve!

I also wanted to take a moment to thank a few people who have really helped me throughout my programming life:

Thank y'all for your continuous and steadfast dedication to helping others.

If you are ever in need of programming work done or if you would like private lessons, please feel free to contact me anytime.

Being self taught, I have come a long way over the years. I certainly do not intend on making a living from this series of free lessons, but my hope is to earn a few dollars to validate all of my hard work.
